The appearance of a security officer is extremely important. They are not only representing themselves, but also the client and the security company they represent. All Titan Shield Security officers are issued uniforms and a jacket that is professionally dry-cleaned. No uniform is ever worn two consecutive days or more than twice before it is cleaned. Any uniform that does not look new is immediately replaced.

Personal grooming is just as important as a professional looking uniform. Titan Shield Security has strict grooming requirements that must be followed at all times. The Field Supervisors and operations staff continually monitor these requirements. The specific requirements are:

Female Employees - Hairstyle, make-up, and jewelry must be worn in a neat and tasteful manner. Extremes of any kind will not be permitted.
Male Employees - Hair must be neat and well trimmed. Mustaches must be neatly groomed. Employees must be clean-shaven during working hours.

A security officer must look like a professional to be treated like one. It is with great confidence that I know you will be pleased with the appearance of our officers as you will be with our superior level of service.
